"Grantcakes"

There's nothing more comforting than a fresh stack of warm pancakes in my opinion. I could probably eat these for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner if it came down to it. 

Now, these pancakes aren't just any old pancakes. These pancakes have become world famous in my household and were even given the nickname "Grantcakes" by my parents after Grant made these for them. 

Disclaimer: these pancakes are special occasion pancakes- being a little more hands on than your usual pancake recipe. But trust me, it is worth it. The homemade whipped cream adds an extra touch of perfection.

Highly recommend breakfast in bed if you have the chance.
